What is the MOMS Club?
The MOMS Club is a nationwide non-profit organization whose initials stand for "Moms Offering Moms Support." The Club is a support group for you, the stay-at-home mother of today, interested in the world around you, wanting activities for you and your children, and proud of your choice of at-home mothering.
The club offers a wide variety of club sponsored activities designed to provide fun, companionship, education and support to our members and their families. The MOMS Club and our members also do service projects that help needy children and others in our community.

Our Chapter
The Costa Mesa North chapter is for residents of Costa Mesa living in the 92626 zip code. We are a friendly and active participant group. We are very open to new members and new ideas.

We meet the first Friday of each month at 10 am for our monthly social and every Friday for the rest of the month at our local parks. Other activities include playgroups, field trips, monthly moms' night out, and every few months, family activites. Please visit the Activities page to see some of the fun things we do.
How To Join
Come and visit us at our monthly social or a park day. You are welcome to attend two functions before you decide to become a member. Please contact our friendly membership vice president Nguyet for dates, times or any questions you might have.

Our dues are $30 per year which help offset the cost of kids' parties, newsletters, supplies, and other club activities. We all know how financially stressful being a stay-at-home parent can be, and we don't want anyone to be excluded. Please contact Nguyet with any questions or concerns regarding the yearly dues.

To join the MOMS Club in other areas please visit the International MOMS Club to find a chapter near you.
Pony Ride
Pony ride field trip to Huntington Beach Equestrian Center.
Why Should You Join?
Most moms join the MOMS Club because they are looking for a playgroup or other activities for their children. You will find that and so much more. You will find support, friendship, resources, and fun. Some moms have met their best friends through the club. Others have met their neighbors whom they wouldn't have otherwise met. The great thing about the MOMS Club is that you can make it what you want it to be. Participate at a level that is comfortable to you. Some moms only attend playgroup. Others attend every possible activity, while the rest fall somewhere in between.
The History of the MOMS Club
In 1983 Mary James, an at-home mother in California, decided she was tired of being alone at home. She wanted to find other at-home mothers and she wanted to find other at-home children for her children to play with. When she discovered there were no other organizations that met during the day and allowed her to come with her baby and preschooler, she decided to start a brand new organization just for at-home mothers, and the MOMS Club was born. The chapter she started was so successful, she knew mothers in other areas must be needing the MOMS Club too. Soon she and other volunteers were helping mothers start MOMS Clubs across the country and around the world! Now we have over 1,500 chapters with over 75,000 members!
The History of the Costa Mesa North,CA Chapter.
The MOMS Club of Costa Mesa North has been going strong since 1999 when we started as a "sister" chapter of Newport Beach. We have since sistered two of our own chapters, Costa Mesa South and South Coast/Santa Ana.
